What I am Up To
I lead business continuity and incident & crisis management programs for Dow Jones. As Manager, Business Resilience, I am currently advancing the organizations incident and crisis management program, supporting everyone from executive leadership to site emergency teams in how they collectively work together to keep their colleagues and the business safe.
Resilience is often misunderstood because what it means and how it is achieved isn’t clear. I close that gap through how I think about, design and present this work, with an eye for detail and a focus on strategy that sustains a protective culture of resilience.
